Terms of use

How to use the platform, connect your own agent and retain control over your website and data.

Updated
Auri — the AURA GEO assistant

1. Service and publisher

AURA GEO at aurageo.io is a workspace for preparing websites for AI search: projects, audits, tasks, answer pages, saved observations and referral analytics. The website and MCP server are provided by Richards Kuslapovs, an individual in Latvia. Contact: kuslapov@gmail.com.

These terms apply to the website, workspace and AURA GEO MCP connection. Use the service for your own websites or on behalf of an owner who has authorized you to perform the relevant actions.

2. Account and permissions

Keep your account secure and review which projects and actions you allow a connected client to access. MCP access does not automatically give an agent access to a repository, hosting, DNS or search engine accounts.

The agent operates within granted permissions and project rules. Saving results, creating drafts, publishing, submitting URLs, changing tasks and configuring connections require separate permissions. An enabled autopilot may perform authorized actions without confirmation of every step, within the established limits.

Review the settings before connecting. Permissions can be changed or revoked in the workspace. Revocation stops the client’s further access to AURA GEO; it does not automatically undo content already published or data already sent to an external service.

3. Your content and publication

Rights to uploaded materials remain with their rights holders. By providing data to a project, you authorize AURA GEO to store and process it for the selected features. Publication makes the selected material publicly available on the connected domain; confirm your rights to the text, images and source materials before publishing.

Review agent-prepared text, facts, links, file changes and check results. You choose which website to connect for publication and which actions are permitted. Do not provide the service with secrets or personal data that the project does not need.

4. What results mean

Page accessibility, publication, search engine notification, crawler visits, indexing, citation and referrals are different events. A search engine’s acceptance of a URL does not confirm inclusion in its index. A saved answer reflects a particular check with its source and time.

AURA GEO does not guarantee a search position, an AI recommendation, an indexing timeline, customer numbers or traffic volume. External service results change and depend on their rules. Audits and recommendations help prepare a website and verify completed steps.

5. Early access and plans

The platform operates in early access. Paid subscription checkout and real charges are not currently enabled; selecting a plan in the interface does not itself create a payment. Before payment launches, AURA GEO will separately show the final price, period, available features and subscription terms.

Your MCP client, hosting or a third-party service may require a separate account, access or your own subscription. AURA GEO does not purchase these automatically. Technical limitations and interruptions may occur; keep your own backup of important materials.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use AURA GEO to access other people’s data, bypass authorization or restrictions, distribute malicious code, send spam, publish illegal content or infringe others’ rights. Do not present invented answers, citations or statistics as observed results.

If security is threatened or these terms are violated, access to the relevant operations may be restricted. If you believe a restriction is mistaken or wish to report a rights violation, contact support with the content address and a description of the situation.

7. Ending use and updates

You may stop using the service, revoke agent access and delete a project in the workspace. To delete an account or make a personal data request, write to the publisher; the process is described in the privacy policy.

The current version of these terms and the update date are available on this page. You can save or print the terms using your browser. These terms do not limit mandatory rights granted to you under applicable law.
