Agree on each project's boundaries first
For a client, record the domain, business offering, markets, language and selected AI directions. Separately agree on who provides source files and who confirms external connections. The agency can prepare the technical work, but signing in to a client's Google account or changing DNS needs actual access and consent. Do not transfer one client's business facts into another project to accelerate generation. Similar industries do not mean identical services, prices and terms. Before any bulk action, check the project identifier and hostname to which records and future changes belong.
Grant access for a specific role
An analyst may need only reading. A content author needs drafts. A publishing executor needs the corresponding permission and an active policy. Do not assume one connected agent should see every website in the workspace. Selected projects and scopes are checked separately, and autonomy rules can further restrict sections and work volume. If a contractor finishes working with you, revoke their particular connection. All client processes need not be changed at once. Review results through logs and saved answers rather than other people's secrets copied from browser or API settings.
Make the report useful to the business owner
A client needs to understand what changed more than read a list of every MCP tool. A summary can show corrected pages, published content, accepted notifications, actual search states and new observations with links. Show AI referrals for a real period with known tracker coverage. Separately identify what still needs the owner's action. Do not present a combined total for several clients as one website's result. If a channel is unconnected or an answer unavailable, that is a data limitation, not automatically zero effectiveness of your team's work.
Account for volume without promising unlimited agency use
The public Growth plan includes up to three websites and Business up to five; the price applies to the account, not each AI. Early access is currently in effect and payment collection is not active yet. Do not describe these plans as an already purchased enterprise system with unlimited projects, a separate white-label portal or arbitrary organization roles: those capabilities are not confirmed here. Start with one client, verify the access, publication and reporting cycle, then repeat it on other projects using their own permissions and evidence.
Conditions and limitations
- A white-label and unlimited agency plan is not claimed
- Clients' external accounts require separate access
- A selected plan does not replace permissions
