Separate server checks from AI-chat work
The platform has background technical operations: updating public-page information, connection state and report preparation. That is not the same as a new AI-service answer. Such an answer requires an executor opening an accessible web interface or another actual tool and obtaining a result. If an agent signed in to a service in one browser, do not assume that session is automatically available in another. Before regular work, verify the environment, accounts, network access and permission to save results through observe to the appropriate project.
Start with a small controlled cycle
A practical example: three neutral questions and two actually accessible services produce six checks in one run. This illustrates volume; it is not a promise of unlimited free use. Fix the wording, language and requested market, then save the run manifest. The agent takes tasks one at a time, asks questions without promotional hints and saves each full answer with sources, time and mode. If sign-in is needed, a CAPTCHA appears or a limit is exhausted, record blocked with a specific reason. Inaccessibility must not become an invented ‘brand not found’ answer.
Configure scheduling in the executor's environment
If your environment supports scheduled tasks, separately agree on the schedule, timezone and allowed volume. A useful cycle starts by reading saved state rather than recreating every question and page. Available tasks are then performed, changes verified and a brief summary prepared. MCP connection status shows requests and permissions but does not prove the external executor is working now or will wake tomorrow. Oversight requires the actual latest result, reason for stopping and a way to resume an unfinished task.
What working without paid APIs means
For a small manual or authorized agent workflow, available web interfaces can be used without connecting paid provider APIs. However, the services' account rules, limits and terms still apply, along with execution-environment resources. AURA does not promise free round-the-clock service for unlimited third-party websites through one browser. A useful regular-cycle result is a newly saved answer or an accurate blocking reason and next step. Successful-run counts and observed changes are evaluated from this history, not merely from the fact that a schedule was created.
Conditions and limitations
- MCP is not a schedule
- Web services have their own limits
- Unlimited free collection is not promised
